Q1 Is the hardware a dedicated physical machine?

Plans are delivered asdedicated Mac modelsfor remote development, builds, and desktop use. Whether the full machine is dedicated and resource isolation details are governed by thecontract and ticket/delivery notes; after login you can view current instance specs and connection info in the console.

Q2 Is bandwidth and IP dedicated?

Plans are labeled with1Gbps dedicated bandwidthanddedicated IPv4(see the pricing page andplan detailsfor specifics). If a shared spec exists in the product line, it will be clearly marked on the order page and in the order.

Q3 Which data center regions are supported?

When ordering on the pricing page you can choose:Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, US East (full list on the order page). After provisioning, IP and egress routing follow the selected region; seeplan detailsfor more.

Q7 What is the multi-Mac parallel service? (Thunderbolt 5)

AnThunderbolt 5add-on for high-speed multi-machine interconnect viaThunderbolt 5, suited to multi-machine collaboration and similar scenarios. On thepricing page, select a parallel add-on to bill it together with the host on the same billing cycle.

Q4 How do I connect with VNC?

After your instance is provisioned, sign in toMy dashboard, openVNCor launchRemote Desktop (VNC)from the My Machines card and connect with the order number and token shown on the page. Do not expose connection details in public.

Q5 How do I connect with SSH?

Sign in to the dashboard and on the machine card view theSSH command example(host, port, username, etc.). Use the key or password you received and connect from a local terminal; do not upload private keys to untrusted environments.

Q6 How do I power on/off/reboot?

On My Machines, usepower actions(power on / power off / reboot) on the target instance. Actions are linked to theticketing systemand executed by ops with status written back—they are not instant local virtual buttons.

Q9 How do I view my device configuration?

Sign in toMy dashboardand underOverview / My Machinesview CPU, memory, disk, IP, region, and connection entry points.

Q8 How long until provisioning after purchase?

After payment, your order enters theticket and provisioning workflow; timing depends oninventory, review, and configuration. Check progress in orders and the dashboard; when ready you will usually be notified by email or in-app message (as configured).

Q10 How do I view order status, expiry, and renewal history?

After login, in thedashboardbilling/order area (e.g. ledger, invoice list, or order list) vieworder status, billing cycle, expiry, and renewal historyfor more.Weekly / monthly / quarterlysubscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before expiry;dailyis a one-time purchase (see plan details). If you ordered as a guest, sign in in the same browser to merge orders.
